- J an d A for Brand Name Solicitation RFQ Issue Date: February 8, 2018 Questions Due Date: 4:00 PM EST Thursday February 15, 2018 All questions must be submitted in writing. Any communications in reference to this RFQ shall cite the task order RFQ number 19AQMM18Q0018 and be directed in writing to the Contract Specialist, Loverna Johnson at Johnsonll2@state.gov. Quote Due Date: 4:00 PM EST Thursday February 22, 2018 to the Contract Specialist, Loverna Johnson at Johnsonll2@state.gov. The U.S. Department of State, International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL US Embassy Bridgetown) requires the procurement, delivery, installation, and configuration of IT systems at the JRCC facilities in Bridgetown, Barbados. Equipment will be deployed in High Availability (HA) configurations where applicable. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the requirements under this contract. This equipment will be used to upgrade the existing JRCC infrastructure and provide a platform to host the ATS-G application. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to the responsible offeror who is determined to be the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable offeror.
