Description

This notice of intent is to award a contract directly to CEMCO. NAVFAC Expeditionary and Engineering Warfare Center (EXWC), Port Hueneme. CA intends to award a contract, on a Sole Source basis to Construction Equipment Manufacturing COM, 782 Highway 251 S Olney, TX 76374-2384. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only Construction Equipment Manufacturing COM under the authority of 13.106-1 (b) Soliciting from a single source, since they are the sole proprietor and original manufacturer of the Concrete Central Mix Batch Plant. The proposed award is for a single, FFP contract, with a period of performance not to exceed 12 months; which includes a base and 2 option contract line items (if the Government chooses to exercise). The NAICS code is 333120 with a size standard of 1,250. The prospective offeror is actively registered in SAMS at www.sam.gov.
