- N00164-16-G-JT08-0003 - SOLE SOURCE - JOB ORDER REQUIREMENT 0003 - BAE MISSION CREW WORKSTATION (ENGINEERING SUPPORT) - PSC R425 - NAICS 334511 Anticipated Issue Date: 14 FEB 2018 - Anticipated Closing Date: 14 MAR 2018 - Time 2:00 PM EDT THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER N00164-16-G-JT08. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to issue a Job Order (JO) under a sole source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00164-16-G-JT08. The BOA was issued to BAE Systems 450 Pulaski Road Greenlawn, NY 11740 for the procurement of engineering services in support of engineering and development of the Combat System Hardware (CSH) which will be integrated into the Mission Crew Workstation (MCW). Acquisitions under the BOA have been and will be conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The basis for restricting competition was the lack of level III technical data to support a full and open competition of the MPRA Mission Crew Workstation. As a result of this JO the overall contract ceiling for BOA N00164-16-G-JT08 will remain unchanged. Inspection and acceptance is anticipated be at destination by Government representative at the ship to address. Request for proposal will not be made available through http://www.fbo.gov. The request for proposal will be provided to BAE Systems through electronic mail. The proposed noncompetitive contract action is anticipated to be awarded under FAR part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The anticipated contract action award date is 23 July 2018. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
