- Description
- The U.S. Government is interested in leasing approximately 3832 rentable square feet of office space. The rentable space shall yield a minimum of 3332 ANSI/BOMA office area to a maximum of 3665 ANSI/BOMA office area available for use by the tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. The must also meet minimum fire life safety, seismic, and handicap requirements. The Government reserves the right to determine acceptability of the offered property as to the building's structural integrity; the highest safety, energy efficient installations; the security installations, the security of its surrounding areas, and its location within the below mentioned Delineated Area. In addition, the property must provide at least 3 onsite reserved parking spaces. Property must also have additional parking available as per local code requirements. Delineated Area: City Limits of Sunnyvale, CA or Santa Clara, CA Lease Term: Ten (10) Years, Five (5) years firm term. The Government has termination rights of the lease at any time after the fifth (5 th ) year. Occupancy Date: Space must be in move-in condition, ready for occupancy and delivered to the Government on or before April 1, 2019.
