A site visit is scheduled to be held: 21 February 2018 at 10:00 AM Local Time at MT001 1430 Broadwater Ave., Billings, MT 59102. This procurement is Set Aside as 100% Woman Owned Small Business under NAICS Code 561720 with a size standard of $18 Million. Solicitation for non-personal services. Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supervision and other items or services necessary to perform Custodial Services at Facility MT001; in accordance with the performance work statement and the terms and conditions of the solicitation and resultant contract. The contractor will furnish all supplies necessary to fulfill the Performance Work Statement. Telephone, written or electronic requests for hard copies of the solicitation documents will be discouraged. Parties interested in the solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments; contractors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
