- The following questions have been received in response to this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. Responses have been compiled below: Question 2. On the solicitation N62470-18-Q-5007 for Telephone Maintenance Services at Lafayette River Annex (LRA), Norfolk, VA, will there be a requirement for Avaya Software Assurance (SA) with upgrade protection? Answer 2. There is no requirement for Avaya Software Assurance (SA) with upgrade protection in the foreseeable future. Question 3. Will the government provide all related Avaya Sold To Numbers associated with the Telephone Maintenance Services at Lafayette River Annex (LRA), Norfolk, VA? Answer 3. Any available information regarding the telephone system and Avaya correspondence will be passed on to the contractor after award of the maintenance contract. There is no change in the due date of quotes as a result of this amendment.
