- 1. This is a one-time Firm-Fixed-Price,Contract,issued using FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiations. Approved Source:Raytheon CAGE: 7Y193 NSN: 5840-01-600-0840 Part Number:H448215-1 2. In accordance with FAR 45.402, rent-free use of the Army ATNAVICS HOT Mockup Test Station located at Raytheons facility in Largo, FL is allowed provided such use does not interfere with performance of work under Contract Nos. W58RGZ-17-C-0070 or W56JSR-17-C-0002,the contracts under which the Test Station is provided and accountable. 3. See Section B for Quantity, Inspection Acceptance and Freight on Board (FOB) requirements. 4. PRIOR TO SHIPMENT: Successful offerors must contact local Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) to arrange for inspection/acceptance before shipment. 5. NFD, used, reconditioned and remanufactured parts are exempt from the warranty. There is no warranty for NFD, used, reconditioned or remanufactured parts. 6. Inspection, Acceptance and Delivery: Inspection and Acceptance is by the Government at Origin, Raytheons SAS Facility in Largo, FL (CAGE: 1LZU1, DODAAC: CG0TPA (7887 Bryan Dairy Road, Largo, FL 33777) 7. Accelerated delivery is accepted and encouraged at no additional cost to the Government.
