- 1. This contract is a spot buy and Firm-Fixed Price (PFP). 2. This contract is for NSN: 5985-01-485-1005, Control Antenna, and P/N: H387920-50 for a quantity of 4 each. 3. See Section B for Quantity, Inspection Acceptance and Freight on Board (FOB) requirements. 4. In accordance with FAR 45.402, rent-free use of the Army ATNAVICS HOT Mockup Test Station located at Raytheons facility in Largo, FL is allowed provided such use does not interfere with performance of work under Contract Nos. W58RGZ-17-C-0070 or W56JSR-17-C-0002,the contracts under which the Test Station is provided and accountable. 5. NFD, used, reconditioned and remanufactured parts are exempt from the warranty. There is no warranty for NFD, used, reconditioned or remanufactured parts. 6. The inspection office for this contract is: Inspection, Acceptance and Delivery Inspection and Acceptance is by the Government at Origin, Raytheons SAS Facility in Largo, FL (CAGE: 1LZU1, DODAAC: CG0TPA (7887 Bryan Dairy Road, Largo, FL 33777). 7. PRIOR TO SHIPMENT: Successful offerors must contact local Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) to arrange for inspection/acceptance before shipment. 8. Accelerated delivery is accepted and encouraged at no additional cost to the Government.
