Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to Data Recognition Corporation (DRC) of Maple Grove, MN 55311 for scoring and reporting of its LAS Links comprehensive English language proficiency assessments. DRC is the only vendor that provides the LAS Links assessments and accompanying scoring and reporting services. DoDEA's previous contract with DRC (HE1254-11-D-0009) for these services expired and award of the next contract has been delayed but is planned for this FY18. Therefore, in the meantime, DoDEA requires this one-time purchase until the new contract is awarded. The period of performance is approximately six (6) months. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract at this time is based on upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is not an RFQ. This is a written notice to inform the public of the Government's intent to award on a sole source basis for the required supply and services.
