- Requirement Document NOTICE OF CONTRACT ACTION (NOCA) The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Holloman AFB, New Mexico has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order under FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to ANTCOM CORPORATION, 367, Van Ness Way, Torrance, CA 90501-6225. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334220, size standard 1,250 employees. This purchase order will be for 30 Antennas to provide a strictly controlled GPS denied environment for GPS M-Code testing in accordance with the attached DRAFT requirements document. The anticipated award date is 28 February 2018. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Although the Government intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, a bid, proposal, or quotation which will be considered by the Government if received no later than 23 Feb 2018 at 12:00 PM MST.
