- Sole Source Justification Requirements Document Please see the Sole Source Justification (SSJ) for order number 70CDCR18P00000039 for firing range use for U.S Customs and Enforcement (ICE) officers near Burlington MA and Warwick RI to qualify with their weapons. This order was solicited and awarded to a single source in accordance with the attached SSJ. This is not a solicitation but, if contractors would like to respond to this posting of the SSJ, please email William.Reese@ice.dhs.gov before 03/08/2018. The total value of order 70CDCR18P00000039 for the entire order period of performance (POP) consisting of a base-year and 3 option-years is $16,000.00. This requirement has been set aside for small business, and is required to be within the geographic area indicated in the attached SSJ and Requirements document.
