- Page 1 of 1 Special Notice to Extend Geographic Area of Consideration This notification is to extend the geographic area of consideration for solicitation number 36C24218R0232, Survey and Design Legionella Prevention. Currently, the solicitation limits consideration to a 250 mile radius from the prime designer s address listed in Vetbiz to the Canandaigua, NY VA Medical Center, 400 Fort Hill Road, Canandaigua, NY 14424. This will increase to 300 miles for the same radius herein. The cutoff date to submit Standard Form 330 with appropriate data for this project to the Contracting Officer remains unchanged at March 2, 2018 by 12:00 PM EST.
