Amended on 02/0/8/2018 and extended to 02/13/2018 at 5:00 PM CST. The following changes were made: The response section was adjust to correct the NAICs code size standard and to add clarification language. This is a market survey to perform Recommissioning Services for the Federal Aviation Administration at the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) in Oklahoma City, OK. This effort is currently under contract. Vendors are encouraged to review this announcement on the FAA s Contract Opportunities Website at https://facco.faa.gov. If you are viewing this announcement on Fed Biz Ops (www.fbo.gov) the attachments may not be available or viewable to you. The purpose of this announcement is to conduct a market survey to solicit statements of interest and capabilities from interested vendors in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.1.2.1. This market survey will enable the FAA to review responses that are current and will assist with acquisition planning based on current data. Responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) seeks a qualified Recommissioning Contractor to fulfill its requirements for recommissioning buildings on the Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center (MMAC) campus in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The nature of the contract will be an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type for a 1-year base plus up to 4 one year extensions. The current plan for recommissioning includes up to 30 buildings covering up to 2.4 million square feet. The recommissioning contractor must provide all materials and labor to provide building recommissioning tasks for building systems in FAA MMAC campus buildings as specified in the attached draft statement of work. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract that will include option provisions to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods. It is anticipated that the contract will include firm fixed per square foot pricing for the estimated square footage provided per the period listed. The pricing will include all cost elements including travel costs. This market survey is to request information that will enable the FAA to make a screening decision to determine qualified firms that have the ability to provide these services. The FAA reserves the right to add incumbent contractors and/or other sources which meet the criteria and have performed satisfactorily on previous procurements. Responses are solicited from all business concerns. (1)To be considered a small business the contractor must be classified as a small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541330 $15 million. (2)The responses need to address the credentials and qualifications listed in the attached draft statement of work, and show the ability to do the recommissioning tasks also addressed in the attached draft statement of work. Additional certifications may be acceptable. Please note your certifications if they vary from the ones listed in the SOW. The qualification section of the SOW may be adjusted by the FAA before the SIR is released. All interested sources must submit their responses in writing via the e-mail(brandon.hillyer@faa.gov) by 5:00 p.m. CST, February 8th, 2018.
