Description

The vendor shall provide the following: Dedicated 1 GB data Internet Circuit, 1GB banddwith to ISP backbone, 1GB Thernet handoff via 1000BASE-T, 1000Base-SX, ir 1000BASE-LX physical interface, Dynnamic routing using BGPv4, Routing of GPO provided IPv4 and/or IPv6 addresses, Full, partial (provider owned), or defaulrt route advertisements to GPO as requested, Weekly/Monthly and/or on-request e-mail reports containing traffic statistics, utilization, error rates, packet drops, latency, and ACL hits (if ACL is active) for the ISP connection, 24 x 7 x 365 Telephone and e-mail access to Network Operations Center, Proactive monitoring of the access circuit, Maintenance of physical circuit and equipment at client site Notification of service maintenance and planned outages
