- Questions Form Combined Synopsis Solicitation Restroom Trailer Suggested Floor Plan Breakroom Trailer Suggested Floor Plan Statement of Work Solicitation FA4661-18-Q-0043 7 February 2017 Procurement of Office/Break Room and Restroom Trailers 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supply prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4661-18-Q-0043. 2. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 effective 19 Jan 2017, DFARS DPN 20161222 effective 22 Dec 2016, and AFFARS AFAC 2017-1003 effective 3 Oct 2017. 3. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 321991, Manufactured Home (Mobile Home) Manufacturing, and the Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 5410, Prefabricated and Portable Buildings. The Small Business Size Standard for this NAICS code is 1250 EMP. 4. Set-aside: 100% Total Small Business 5. Delivery and all work shall be F.O.B. Destination to: 7 Equipment Maintenance Squadron 933 Avenue B, Building 8130 Dyess AFB, TX 79607 6. Delivery: 30 Days after award for delivery and installation 7. All questions pertaining to this requirement must be submitted on the question form (see attachments) and received no later than 14 February 2018, 2:00 P.M. (CST). Answers will be posted no later than 16 February 2018, 2:00 P.M. (CST). 8. This requirement will be evaluated as Lowest Price Technically Acceptable in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. 9. Deadline for receipt of offers: 21 February 2018, 2:00 P.M (CST). 10. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. 11.
