- Synopsis - Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing(EMDR) Training, San Antonio Military Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas (W81K00-18-T-0104). The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central, Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston, Texas has a requirement to establish EMDR training for Behavioral Health Providers at San Antonio Military Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The solicitation number is W81K00-18-T-0104. Specific tasks include training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy in the treatment of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), in accordance with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing International Association (EMDRIA) Basic EMDR Training Requirements as outlined at www.emdria.org/resource/resmgr/BasicTraining/BTCRequirements.pdf. The solicitation will be available on/about 9 February 2018 at FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). The solicitation will be issued on a small business set aside, under NAICS code 611430, Professional and Management Development Training. Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. The solicitation will close on/about 5 Mar 2018 2018 at 3:00 pm CST. Questions are due by 23 February 2018 at 2:00 pm CST, and must be submitted in writing to the POCs listed below. It is the intent of the Government to make one (1) award for the entire requirement.
