- The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Air Delivered Capabilities Directorate (AFNWC/ND) has indicated that there is only one source capable of providing additional conduit piping to be installed at two locations with optional provisions for additional conduit piping and installation support at four other locations. As a result, this action will be awarded to Atlantic Comm Tech (ACT), 2509 Walmer Avenue, Norfolk, Virginia 23513 on an other than full an open competition basis.
