- JA MEMO Notice of Intent for Sole Source for Maintenance and Repair Service for IntelliCab Will Call Prescription Management System Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, REGIONAL HEALTH CONTRACTING OFFICE - PACIFICJOINT BASE LEWIS-MCCHORD HEALTH CONTRACTING (JBLM-HCC), Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source award to GSL Solution Inc in the amount of $76,600.00 for the Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA. GSL Solution Inc sole proprietary right with the maintenance services. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR13.106-1(b) (1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice is not a request for quote and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Ms. Angela Dexter at angela.a.dexter.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
