- N0017818Q0029 SF18 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Synopsis/Solicitation N0017818Q0029 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure on a Sole Source basis from RESEARCH ELECTRONICS INTERNATIONAL, LLC for the following; OSCOR Blue Spectrum Analyzer 24GHz Quantity: 1 Each Part Number: OBL/8-00101 Training Package 10 Days - Level 1 (Core) and one Level 2 course (RF OSCOR or TALAN) Quantity: 2 Each Part Number: T-00018 RF Certification Level 3 Quantity: 2 Each Part Number: T-00020 Shipping cost for OSCOR Blue Spectrum Analyzer QTY. 1 LOT RESEARCH ELECTRONICS INTERNATIONAL, LLC. is the original equipment manufacturer of the OSCOR Blue Spectrum Analyzer. The OSCOR Blue Spectrum Analyzer must be compatible in all aspects (form, fit and function) with existing systems presently installed and be able to run in harmony. The requested material and services represent the minimum requirements of the government. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 31 January 2018, no later than 4:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 28 February 2018. All questions shall be submitted to the Government POC listed no later than 29 January 2018 at 12:00 p.m. EST to allow ample response time before the close of the bidding period.
