- The Government requires three (3) 4 Megapixel Color Scientific Charge Coupled Device "CCD" Cameras delivered to Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG), Maryland. The aforementioned shall conform to all of the following minimum requirements: Cameras: •4 Megapixel Color CCD camera •Maximum of 25.8 frames per second at 40 MHz quad-tap readout of the full sensor •<12 e- Read Noise to improves the Threshold of Detectability Under Low Light Conditions •greater than or equal to 40% Quantum Efficiency at 450 nanometers •greater than or equal to 40% Quantum Efficiency at 550 nanometers •greater than or equal to 35% Quantum Efficiency at 650 nanometers •4/3" Format, 2048 x 2048 Color CCD Sensor with 7.4 µm Square Pixels •Software-Selectable 20 MHz or 40 MHz Readout: Maximize Frame Rate (40 MHz) or Minimize Noise (20 MHz) •Asynchronous Reset, Triggered, and Bulb Exposure Modes •Graphic User Interface which can interface with 32- and 64-Bit Windows® 7, 8.1, or 10 •Cables to interface cameras with computer through USB cables
