- This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C.2304 (c)(1)and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. This is a single National Stock Number (NSN) Request for Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one option years. The part being procured is Protector, Rotor Blade under NSN 1615-01-525-4048; Approved Source 3M Co CAGE 52152 P /N 8667HSMBSS-5. Estimated Annual Quantity of 25 each. The required delivery schedule is 31 DARO. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 05 February 2018. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
