- Response to Questions Amendment 0002 The Government has amended this RFQ to provide responses to vendor questions. Please see attached Q&A document. Amendment 0001 The Government has amended this RFQ to reflect updates to the requirements. This RFQ shall now be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable of a brand name or equal product in accordance with FAR 52.211-6. It is incumbent on the Quoter to provide technical specification demonstrating the quoted equipment meets the specifications outlined in Attachment 2, if the quoted equipment is different from the model numbers provided in the RFQ. Additionally the response date has been moved to January 17, 2108 at 12:00 Eastern Time. All Quotes already submitted must be resubmitted or communicated to the Contracting Officer and Contracting Specialist that the quoted pricing remains the same in accordance with the amended solicitation. Base RFQ THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSISTUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Standard Form (SF) 18, Request for Quotation (RFQ), and additional attachments are provided for further details on item description, delivery, and clauses and provisions. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, applies to this solicitation. This solicitation, RFQ 70CMSW18Q00000006, is issued to procure BlackPoint Tactical low profile, KYDEX constructed single holsters with dual capability, and pouches. This requirement is 100% Set Aside for Small Business (SB), NAICS 315990, small business size standard - 500 employees. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order in response to this RFQ.
