- Description
- The U.S. Government intends to issue a sole source contract in accordance with MMAR 6.302-1 to Inspectron to upgrade DP1 through DP3 to only show the corner error as a general diecut failure. This notice is neither a request for porposal or solicitation of offers, it is determine by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based on responses to notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communication are not acceptable in reponse to this notice. All responses shall be sent to Contract Specialist Spencer Morgan at smorgan@gpo.gov on or before January 17, 2018 no later than 10:00 am EST.
