- The attachment dated 12 Jan 18 represents the most current basic order for materials. All changes to this product are reflected 'Red' text in the attachment. (i) This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written Solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This is a Request for Quote under solicitation number W912J7-18-T-0001. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective 13 JAN 2017, and DFARS Publication Notice 20161222. (iv) This is a total small business set-aside for NAICS 331221 - Rolled Steel Shape Manufacturing, with the SBA Size Standard for this NAICS being 500 employees. (v) This acquisition will be for a new purchase and delivery of the following item(s): CLIN Description Quantity Unit ALL STOCK ITEMS ARE FOUND IN THE ATTACHED SPREADSHEET. THE LIST OF MATERIALS IS REMOVED FROM THE TEXT OF THIS COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. (vi) N/A (v). Offerors shall submit pricing for each line item identified. (vii) Pricing shall include FOB Destination delivery within 30 days of contract award to: USPFO Supply Officer 3489 W Harvard St Bldg 564 Boise, ID 83705 (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. All provisions and clauses referenced in this combined synopsis/solicitation can be found at http://farsite.hill.af.mil/ (ix) As this acquisition is for specific items, offers will be evaluated based on total price only with award to the lowest-priced responsible offeror who is able to supply all items listed.
