Description

THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE OF THE NETWORK CONTRACTING OFFICE 17 (NCO17) -CENTRAL TEXAS INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. IAW FAR Part 6.302-2, the Government anticipates entering a sole source procurement with Avia Partners, Boise, ID. This procurement will to provide first time or emergency medication to Veterans at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS), Community Based Outpatient clinics (CBOC s), VISN 17. The Contractor will provide pharmacy benefit management services for the Department of Veterans Affairs at the COBC s located in Brownwood, Cedar Park, College Station, and Palestine Texas, or other sites as added. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 524292 with a Small Business Size Standard of $32.5M.
