Attachment No. 8 SCA Wage Determinations Attachment No. 7 Task Order 0001 Blank Pricing Schedule Attachment No. 6 Task Order 0001 Performance Work Statement Attachment No. 5 Blank Pricing Schedule for IDIQ Labor Categories and Rates Attachment No. 4 Base IDIQ PWS Attachment No. 3 Past Performance Quality Questionaire Attachment No. 2 Organizational Experience Form Attachment No. 1 Proposal Cover Sheet Solicitation document Amendment 1 (SF30) Solicitation document (SF1449) The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has a requirement for Stream Flow Measurement and Gauge Maintenance Services within the South Pacific Division. The objective of this solicitation is to award to small businesses up to three (3) IDIQ contracts with a five year ordering period. The government intends to award three (3) IDIQ contracts; however the government reserves the right to award more, less, or none at all. The maximum ordering capacity for all contract(s) awarded will be $5,000,000.00. The Government also intends to award one (1) task order from this solicitation immediately following the IDIQ contract award. The performance of work will be authorized by issuance of task orders by a duly warranted Government Contracting Officer. The scope of the contract is for stream flow measurement and gauge maintenance for stream flow, climate (rain, air temperature) and snow measurement sites. Regular maintenance include keeping the areas around the station clear of growth, verify equipment function and replacing consumables as needed. In addition to the regular maintenance task such as rebuilding gauge sites, installing staff gauges, and performing end of maintenance record analysis/workup may be required. The work will be done at sites located throughout Central and Northern California.
