- Hydrolic Report Watershed quad figure (Hydro) HALE Drainage Report (Hydro) Geophysics Report Pavement Report THIS IS AN INVITATION FOR BID. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE. PROJECT DETAILS: HI FTNP HALE 10(2), Main Haleakala Park Road The project is located on the island of Maui, Hawaii, approximately 10 miles southeast of Pukalani. This project is for full-depth pavement reclamation and paving of approximately 3.8 miles of Main Haleakala Park Road. Significant items: Item Unit Estimated Quantity Aggregate Base TON 100 Pulverizing SQYD 60,000 Hot-asphalt concrete pavement TON 7,500 Open-graded friction course TON 2,300 Asphalt Curb, 4-inch LNFT 20,000 It is anticipated that the project will be awarded in late February, 2018. The estimated period of performance is April, 2018 through October, 2018. Estimated total cost is $5 million to $10 million.
