Description

SECTION A - CONTRACT REQUIREMENT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format specified in the Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, El Paso VA Health Care System, HBPC Office in Las Cruces, NM requires Office Furniture. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, effective 11/06/2017. The solicitation number is 36C25718Q0347, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is set-aside utilizes a cascading set-aside in accordance with FAR 19. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 337214, with a small business size standard of 1,000 Employees. Delivery is required within sixty (60) days ARO (After Receipt of Order). This combined synopsis/solicitation is not to be construed as a commitment by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
