- Solicitation W911SF-18-B-0002 PWS Section L Notice to Bidders This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/invitation for bids. The original source sought number W911SF-17-T-0008 is now being solicited as Solicitation number W911SF-18-B-0002 and is issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB),unless other indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-34. 1. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, off-post facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to accomplish temporary holding, identification, transport, long-term holding, and disposition of stray domestic animals recovered on Fort Benning,Georgia as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified below as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. 2. The estimated period of performance: Base Year: 01 Mar 2018 through 28 Feb 2018 Option Year 1: 01 Mar 2019 through 28 Feb 2019 Option Year 2: 01 Mar 2020 through 28 Feb 2020 Option Year 3: 01 Mar 2021 through 28 Feb 2021 Option Year 4: 01 Mar 2022 through 28 Feb 2022 3.
