- The US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) is soliciting a multiple award Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for heavy equipment. This solicitation is issued IAW FAR Part 15.203. Contractors shall provide Heavy Equipment in accordance with specifications in Attachment II. Refer to the specifications for all contract line items and detailed descriptions.
