- This is only a pre-solicitation notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs plans to award a modification to VA119A-17-C-0155 on a sole source basis to J.D. Powers and Associates, in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other service will satisfy agency requirement. Justification for this sole source modification is to provide sustainment efforts and provide a transition period for a competitively awarded follow-on for the Voice of the Veteran National Call Center Survey. The value of the modification will not exceed the Justification and Approval posted.
