- Solicitation Standard Rooms (345 Rooms) Standards Rooms (115 Rooms/per night) 2/12/2018 - 2/14/2018 to include hot breakfast which must include but is not limited to the following minimum: coffee, hot tea, juice, milk, eggs, sausage or bacon, fresh seasonal fruit, cereal, oatmeal, cereal, toast or bagels, yogurt and muffins. Location of hotel shall be within an 11 mile radius of the United States Military Academy (USMA) central post area. All rooms shall be in the same hotel location.
