- The Headquarters USMC Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS), Business and Support Division, Quantico, VA, requests a quote for the below listed items. The MCCS, a nonappropriated fund activity, is requesting proposals for Kraft Bags Supplier requirement. Solicitation ( RFP no. H0117-R-1298 ) and accompanying documents are enclosed. **** NOTE AMMENDMENT 002 PACKAGE REMOVED CALIFORNIA BAG COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT AND OVERRUN REQUIREMENT **** Please submit your proposal package according to the requirements in the attached Solicitation. Your proposal package is due, by e-mail, to the parties below no later than MONDAY, 19 February, 2018, 6:00 PM EST. 1. Aurea Iris Torres Jones aureairis.torrejones@usmc-mccs.org Offerors who include information in their proposal that they do not want disclosed to the public for any purpose, or used by the Department of Defense (DOD) except for evaluation or contract performance purposes shall: •A. Attach a cover page with the following legend: "This proposal includes information that will not be disclosed outside DOD and will not be duplicated, used, or disclosed, in whole or in part, for any purpose other than to evaluate this proposal, or by DOD in the performance of the contract. This restriction does not limit DOD's right to use information contained in this proposal if it is obtained from another source without restriction, or if already known to DOD. The information subject to this restriction is contained on pages [ INSERT PAGES ]." •B.
