- Notice for staffing at various Waco Lake parks to perform gate attendant operation services in support of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Southwestern Division (SWD) Fort Worth District (SWF). The Contract Specialist point of contact for this anticipated solicitation is Mr. Anthony Johnson at 817-886-1076, email anthony.d.johnson@usace.army.mil. The secondary point of contact for this anticipated solicitation is Mrs. Amelia Bryant at 817-886-1045, email amelia.k.bryant@usace.army.mil. FOR INFORMATION ONLY: This Synopsis is ONLY A NOTIFICATION that a solicitation is anticipated and forthcoming. All questions regarding this SYNOPSIS must be submitted in writing via email to the Contract Specialist and secondary point of contact as noted above. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The Fort Worth District intends to award a firm fixed priced contract for staffing services that will perform gate attendant operations at Waco Lake. Solicitation W9126G18Q0013 The estimated magnitude for this contract is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Total Small Business set-aside. Place of Performance: Waco Lake, Waco, Texas The estimated duration is an initial Base Period of twelve (12) months with up to 4 Option Periods of twelve (12) months each, for a total not to exceed contract period of 66 months. The Government reserves the right to award a contract for a lesser duration than stated herein. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Gate Attendant Operation Services at four camping parks and pick up fees from 2 Day Use Park pay stations (nine pay stations total) for remittance on Waco Lake for the duration of the contract period. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this project is NAICS code 561210 (Facilities Support Services), The Small Business Size Standard is $38.5 Million.
