- Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and expertise to replace chiller number 2 at the Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System. Contract shall be completed within 150 Days following Notice to Proceed. In general, the scope includes work to complete the following: : Provide a complete water-cooled, oil-free centrifugal compressor water chiller as specified herein. The unit shall be provided according to standards indicated in Section 1.02. In general, unit shall consist of multiple oil-free magnetic bearing, completely oil-free centrifugal compressors, refrigerant, condenser and evaporator, and control systems including integrated variable frequency drive, operating controls and equipment protection controls. Chillers shall be charged with refrigerant HFC-134a. Manufacturer shall provide, in writing, documentation signed by an officer of the company assuring refrigerant availability and price schedule for a 20-year period. The entire chiller system, including all pressure vessels, shall remain above atmospheric pressure during all operating conditions and during shut down to ensure that non-condensables and moisture do not contaminate the refrigerant and chiller system. The dollar magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 Plans, specifications and solicitation documents will be available at no charge. The NAICS is 236220 applies and size standard is $36.5.0 Million. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. To be eligible for award the SDVOSB must be considered small under the relevant NAICS code and must be registered and verified in the following websites: www.ccr.gov; www.orca.bpn.gov; and www.vets100.vets.dol.gov. Those desiring to receive an award from this solicitation also must be registered at www.vetbiz.gov. Companies must have the Certified Veteran Enterprise (CVE) seal on their registration to be considered for an award. You must register as Interested Vendor at the Fedbizopps website for solicitation. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in www.Fedbizopps.gov; To Receive Notification for amendments. Amendments to this solicitation will not be mailed, but will be posted at the Fedbizopps website. Offerors are responsible for obtaining solicitation from Fedbizopps and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation.
