- Notice of Sources Sought for DASD(NCB-TRAC) CWMD Course Initiative Washington Headquarters Services-Acquisition Directorate is seeking sources and capability statements for the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical and Biological Defense Programs, Threat Reduction and Arms Control (OASD/NCB/TRAC). The Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for TRAC is seeking to acquire an annual series of four one-week courses for U.S. Government personnel on countering weapons of mass destruction (CWMD). Responses from qualified and experienced non-governmental academic institutions sources are encouraged to respond to the Notice.
