- CLAUSES AND PROVISION ATTACHED. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis / solicitation EE-133M-18-RQ-0129 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine & Aviation Operations (OMAO), Ship Okeanos Explorer requires a 616 room night's single occupancy, around the Pascagoula, MS area. The period of Performance: 28 JAN 2018 - 19 FEB 2018 AWARD IS BEING MADE SUBJECT TO FAR 52.232-18, AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (APR 1984) CLIN Description Quantity Unit Unit Price Total Price 0001 28 Rooms for 22 nights for a total NTE: 616 room nights as follows: Check-in Check-out 28 JAN 2018 19 FEB 2018 ***Dates are estimated, and subject to change based on the ship mission and operational scheduled. *** The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on meeting all solicitation and SOW requirement, availability (rooms and date), and price. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 721110, with a business size standard of $32.5 MIL. The Product Service Code is V231. Please review the attached RFQ EE-133M-18-RQ-0129 and provide the following information with the quote: 1. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; 2. An itemized cost per room night and the total amount based on room quantities. 3. The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; 4. Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; 5. Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any, and; 6. A completed copy of the representations at FAR 52.209-11 and representations and certifications at FAR 52.212-3. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted via electronic means (e-mail) January 22, 2018 at 5:00 P.M. Eastern time (ET); any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on meeting all solicitation and SOW requirement, availability (rooms and date), and price. Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to alexander.cancela@noaa.gov. All questions must be submitted in writing to alexander.cancela@noaa.gov by January 18, 2018 at 5:00 P.M. ET. Telephone inquiries will not be honored. The anticipated award date will be between Tuesday, January 23, 2018 and Friday January 26, 2018 Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award.
