This requirement is for one, clean approved U.S. or foreign flag double hull tanker with an Inert Gas System (IGS) and Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBT) that is capable of carrying a minimum of 250,000 bbls of clean petroleum products (intentions JP5, F76 or JA1) within vessel's natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double valve isolation. Laydays commence 20 January 2018 and cancel 23 January 2018. The performance will be one voyage. 17. Place of Contract Performance: Load Port: Sakai, Japan; Discharge Port(s): Guam and Akasaki, Japan. 18. Set-aside status: Unrestricted; this requirement will be unrestricted based on knowledge of the market and recent spot charter awards.
