- **Update** Solicitation Amendment 005 is hereby posted. The due date of proposals for this requirement is hereby extended until 10:00 AM Eastern, February 21, 2018. This extension is due to potential changes in this requirement as a result of the environmental suvery that was recently conducted. At this point the US Government is unsure about the nature or amount of changes which may be necessary (if any).
