- Draft Appendix A Draft Product Description Sources Sought This is a Sources Sought requestting information on: new chrome anodes to be designed and built for C-17 aircraft landing gear components. The anodes shall be designed and built at the contractor's facility in support of the 309th Commodities Maintenance Group (309 CMXG) located at Hill Air Force Base (AFB), Utah. The OO-ALC/PZIMB, Hill AFB Utah, intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for a C-17 Andoes in accordance with the Purchase Description, which will be given at time of solicitation. The award will be made to the responsible party whose proposal conforms to the solicitation and Purchase Description, which will be most advantageous to the government. The Government reserves the right to not make an award at all. Be advised all firms must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) through the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. All correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads "FA8224-18-R-0019 C-17 Andoes". Note that e-mail filters at Hill AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e.,.exe, or.zip files). Therefore, if this subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters. Also, be advised that.zip or.exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the e-mail filters at Hill AFB. If sending attachments with e-mail, ensure only.PDF,.doc, or.xls documents are sent. The e-mail filter may delete any other form of attachments.
