- Description
- The United States Probation Office for the District of South Dakota is soliciting a vendor to provide domestic violence treatment for our federal defendants and persons under supervision. A vendor must be capable of providing services within a geographic area listed in the solicitation. The solicitations have been posted on our internal website, http://www.sdp.uscourts.gov/vendor_solicitations Interested treatment providers must respond timely to solicitation deadlines and clearly show that (1) they can provide services, (2) such services will be provided by certified, licensed professionals with experience in such treatment, and (3) prices of such treatment shall be as low as or lower than those charged to the treatment provider's most favored customer for comparable quantities under similar terms and conditions. As a result of this solicitation the Government intends to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). For this BPA, approximately 1 to 2 vendors are needed to provide the required services. The Government reserves the right to award to a single vendor. If the awarded vendor(s) selects to utilize MRT/DV (Moral Reconation Therapy for domestic violence), the vendor must begin to provide the required services no later than April 9, 2018. If the awarded vendor(s) selects to utilize ACTV (Achieving Change Through Values-Based Behavior), the vendor must begin to provide the required services no later than two (2) weeks after the first available ACTV training, which is tentatively scheduled for late winter/early spring 2018 in Des Moines, IA. All costs incurred to secure the training shall be the sole responsibility of vendor. Contact katrina.carter@iowa.gov regarding the ACTV training or visit www.ccimrt.com for MRT/DV training needed for our required services.
