- ************ Solicitation has been extended to 01/26/2018 **************** This is a combined synopsis/soloicitation for various tableware supplies conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) pursuant to the authority of FAR Subpart 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The current solicitation number is: 18-239-SOL-00017 and is issued as an Request for Quotation (RFQ). The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation may be obtained in full text form at http:/www.arnet.gov/far. The Department of Health and Human Services/Indian Health Service has a requirement for various tableware supplies as per attached list for the Bemidji Area Indian Health Service. Delivery/Ship to location: The Red Lake Indian Hospital, located in Red Lake, Minnesota. POC for this buy is Christopher.Millard@IHS.gov This is a 100% Indian Owned Small Business Set aside Basis for award: There will be one (1) award from this solicitation The responsible offerors whose proposal represents lowest acceptable cost will receive the award. Proposals shall contain the offerors best pricing. The Government intends to evaluate and award with no discussion.
