- Trinity Solication The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to furnish gate attendant services at various parks in accordance with the attached performance work statements. Prior to commencement of work, the Contractor shall furnish the original of his Insurance Certificate directly to the lake office. The Contractor shall maintain, during the entire period of his performance under this contract, the minimum insurance requirements of the State of Texas. $30,000 for each injured person, up to a total of $60,000 per accident, and $25,000 for property damage per accident. This basic coverage is called 30/60/25 coverage. Locations - Benbrook Lake South Holiday Park-Shift B, Benbrook Lake Bear Creek Park - Shift B, Benbrook Lake Mustang Park-Shift A, Benbrook Lake Mustang Park-Shift B, Benbrook Lake North Holiday Park-Shift A, Benbrook Lake North Holiday Park-Shift B, Benbrook Lake Rocky Creek Park-Shift A, Benbrook Lake Rocky Creek Park- Shift B,Bardwell Lake High View Park-Shift A,Bardwell Lake Mott Park-Shift A, Bardwell Lake Waxahachie Creek Park-Shift A, Bardwell Lake Waxahachie Park-Shift B, Lavon Lake East Fork Park-B Position, Lavon Lake Clear Lake Park-B Position, Lavon Lake Lavonia Park-A Position, Lavon Lake Lavonia Park-A Position, Lavon Lake Avalon Park, Lewisville Lake Westlake Park "A", Lewisville Lake Westlake Park "B". Incomplete bids shall be considered non-responsive and will not be evaluated. If a quoter declines to accept a purchase order for a park, the quoter will not be considered for any other awards offered in the solicitation. Only one offer will be made by the government.
