Description

Statement of work Combined Synopsis Solicitation THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation EA-133C-18-0098 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has a requirement for repair and maintenance services for the fire suppression system located at the Gulf of Mexico Disaster Response Center, Mobile, AL in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Period of performance for this order is March 1, 2018 through February 28, 2019 with four one-year option periods. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on best value considering technical capability, past performance, and price. This RFQ is 100% set aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 561621, Security Systems Services with a business size standard of $20.5 million. The Product Service Code Class is J012.
