- Solicitation Amendment Offerors are advised that the due date and time for the subject Request for Proposals is extended until 3 January 2018 @ 2:00 pm CST. ******************************************************************** Solicitation FA9101-18-R-0001, BB3 Pump Assemblies, is posted. - The due date and time for proposals to be submitted is 28 Dec 2017 by 2:00 PM CST. - Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted electronically not later than 30 Nov 2017 by 2:00PM to miriam.james@us.af.mil. -- Responses will be published in the form of an amendment to the solicitation. - Offerors are advised to ensure proposals are submitted in accordance with Section L, Instructions to Offerors. Note: this solicitation is Subject to FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. The RFP and related documents will only be available electronically at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (www.fbo.gov). This pre-solicitation provides notice that this acquisition is for three horizontal axially split, multistage, between-bearings pump/driver assemblies( BB3). The performance, design, fabrication, and verification requirements for the BB3 pumps shall meet all requirements stated in the attached draft RFP. **Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) operates more than 55 aerodynamic and propulsion wind tunnels, rocket and turbine engine test cells, environmental chambers, arc heaters, ballistic ranges, sled tracks, centrifuges and other specialized units. AEDCs mission is to support National Defense by conducting developmental test and evaluation for the Nation through modeling, simulation, ground and flight test.**
