- The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, (SSC) Pacific hereby issues solicitation No. N66001-17-R-0066 entitled "C4ISR Cybersecurity and Security Engineering" to support SSC Pacific, Integrated Command, Control and Intelligence (C2I) Engineering Division (Code 538) continuing requirement for: Cybersecurity (CS) and security engineering-related services to its Department of Defense (DoD), National Guard Bureau, and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) customers. This solicitation is a Small Business set-aside competition and anticipated to result in single award contract of indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ), Cost-Plus-Fixed- Fee type contract(s). Prospective contracts will have a two-year base period and one three-year option period. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement is 354,650 hours. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 with a size standard of $38.5 million. A Bidders Mailing List will not be established and hard copies of documents will not be provided. The solicitation will only be available electronically on the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command E-Commerce Web Page at https://e- commerce.spawar.navy.mil under SSC Pacific - Open Solicitations. Any amendments, when issued, will also be available only on this web site. Matters posted on the web site are not terms of the solicitation unless the solicitation is written or amended to include such matters.
