- Schedule of Services PWS RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for the purchase of obtaining Communication Access Realtime Translation Services (hereinafter referred to as CART) for the deaf and hard of hearing employees on an as needed basis at Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) in Columbus, Ohio in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Under FAR Part 13.5 the Government intends to award a single Labor Hour (LH) contract for a base and four option-year periods under NAICS code 541930.
