- RFQ Instructions Sole Source Justification Statement of Work DASN RD&A requires access to Congressional Quarterly to be apprised of real-time, comprehensive reporting on all major congressional activity, action, floor activity, markups, hearings, and conference committee negotiations. Additionally required is a searchable, historical library of news content, CRS reports, congressional bills and committee reports, the Congressional Record, floor votes, committee and floor amendments, markup summaries, and congressional biographies and staff information. The Government intends to award a sole source firm fixed price award to CQ Roll Call, Inc.
