- N0016418Q0026 -UNINTERRUPTABLE POWER SOURCE - PSC 5975 - NAICS 335999 Issue Date: 28 DEC 2017 - Closing Date: 26 JAN 2018 - 3:00 PM EST Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division located at Naval Support Activity, Crane, Indiana intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract In Accordance With (IAW) FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the non-commercial supply listed as follows: CLIN 0001: Uninterruptable Power Sources (UPS). CLIN 0002: Data Deliverables - Not Separately Priced. This will be recommended small business set-aside. One or more of the items under this acquisition are subject to Buy America. Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with delivery to F.O.B. Destination: Corry Station, Pensacola, FL 32511-5155. The anticipated award date is to be 07 MAR 2018 with an anticipated delivery of 90 days after contract award. The anticipated award is in the amount of $149,990.00. Offers must be submitted in the format specified in the solicitation. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the POC at NSWC Crane. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx. The controlled attachments will be posted to FedBizOps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted via FedBizOpps. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor the FedBizOpps site for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award.
