- Draft Client Authorization Draft Transmittal Letter Draft Consent Form Technical Manual with Government Comments Draft PWS Draft Section M Draft Section L Draft RFP The subject announcement is for the posting of a "DRAFT" Request for Proposal (RFP). This draft RFP is being provided to all interested parties in advance of an "OFFICIAL" RFP in order to increase dialogue and communications as it relates to this requirement. The purpose of this draft RFP is to gather additional information and field concerns from prospective offerors as it relates to the structure of this acquisition. All parties are encouraged to ask questions or provide comments as it relates to this draft RFP. Please note that Attachment 04 - Technical Manual has been included with Government comments of known issues/discrepancies within the manual. All documents are considered DRAFTS. All questions relating to this draft RFP shall be directed to the PCO or Contract Specialist identified in this notice. Answers to all questions will be provided in a consolidated response which will be posted back on Fed Biz Ops for all interested parties to review. This draft RFP is provided for information purposes only. It is subject to change prior to the release of the official RFP. The USG is under no obligation to reimburse any respondents for costs incurred resulting from this notice. The requirements of this effort include the overhaul of the USAF Air Transportable Galley-Lavatory (ATGL) (National Stock Number (NSN) 7360-01-382-5127) fleet of 163 units, a first article requirement, approximately 4 production units for FMS requirements, and technical data requirements. The ATGL system includes two palletized lavatories with waste tank capacity of at least 60 gal (in 108 bias), three refrigerators, two ovens, two coffee makers, cabinet storage, and counter space.
